Lost file locations?

I have used Vox for a while now. This morning I launched VOX and hit play and nothing. I watched it try to play the first song, then skipped to the second while greying out the first song and so on down my list, nothing would play? I clicked on a song and asked it to show in finder and it could not? So I deleted all the songs from the play list and dragged in 10 more songs. These songs played at first but when it went to loop through again, they just greyed out 1 by `1?

I deleted VOX and re downloaded the app to my mac but the problem persisted?

I am at a loss as to how to fix this?

To give a little more detail if it helps I do not sync with iTunes. I keep all of my audio on a separate internal hard drive. I am running OS X 10.2.5

Tried again this morning with the same results, it just cycled through the 20 or so in the list and greyed them out 1 by 1. The files are valid and I can play them by going directly to the file. I looked for s preference file from VOX to through away but couldn't find one. Thought that might reset it.

    Hi Lars,
    Welcome to VOX support forum.
    Let's start debugging:
    1. Run VOX Reset script attached (don't forget to close VOX first). It will reset OVX to factory defaults.
    2. Continue using the app and keep noticing.

IF something similar happens again we need to look at logs:
    How to capture logs:
    1. Quit VOX by cmd+Q (if launched)
    2. Open Console
(find it through Terminal: open Terminal by control+Space > put "Console" > open Console) 3. Switch to System.log in sidebar
    4. Hit "Clear Display" at Console bar
    5. Launch VOX
    6. Try to play any file and wait for a while until files will skip and become gray
    7. Wait for ~1 min. to accumulate logs
    8. Select all in the console window (command+A) and paste all text into the notepad.
    9. Send us saved file
    Waiting for your reply!

Hi, I ran the reset app and opened VOX with default settings. When I
opened it I got all the new user information and clicked continue. I
then dragged a couple dozen songs over and they started to play. I then
quit VOX and relaunched it to test it and the problem started again. I
jumped to step 2 and started the log process following your steps. I
just pasted the results below. Note pad allowed me to export as a PDF, I
don't use Mail for my email which was another option. The PDF was a
harder to read format for you guys so I just pasted it below.

    Lars,
Unfortunately, it's a too few information. We need the whole log starting from the moment when you double-click on track and when it skipped least few songs.
Just pick any location and name and close the window. The file will be automatically exported.

You can also send in pdf, but TextEdit file would be preferable. Thank you!

Hey, I hope this is better. I cleared the log and then hit play, they
skipped some and they turned grey. I tried to right click and say show
in finder and finally quit. I'm sure there is some normal system stuff
that is not VOX releated but I hope there is enough information this time.
