When I click 'download' on Vox Loop for songs or albums, it says 'downloading' on the bottom of the player, then stops, and then nothing happens. I can do it 20 times and nothing ever downloads. I can't access my music anymore as it's all uploaded on the vox loop cloud, it won't let me download anything, the Vox player doesn't download songs as it promises.

    Thank you for reaching out.
Please re-login to LOOP cloud in VOX and try again. Open folder specified as LOOP download folder and check if you can see "tmp" files while downloading and what happens to that files after. Also, check if you have permissions to that folder.

    Looking forward to your reply!

May I ask where are you expecting them to download then? Maybe they are already downloaded but you just can't find them?

Click on LOOP agent icon on your menu bar -> Preferences.. ->General
