Failed to upload 374 files

I tried to upload a portion of my collection, and now get the message that Loop failed to upload 374 files. I have previously had a few files fail to download, and 3 or 4 isn't that big of a deal but this is a bit absurd. If you can't actually upload and download your files, this service seems like a complete fail.

    Hello and thank you for reaching out to us.
    Are files located on a local drive? How exactly are you uploading them? Please specify your OS and VOX app versions.

    Note that files can not be uploaded if they were moved or renamed during the upload.

    Yes, They are all stored on a hard drive on a NAS box, as my computer HDD
    isn't large enough. I am using MacOS 10.12.5. Vox 2.8.28 (Build 2899.28).
    I have not changed any of the files.
    Since posting, I rebooted and clicked "retry" several times - not sure
    which helped. The app now says that 48 files failed to upload. however,
    several dozen albums still appear greyed out and will not play. I am not
    sure if those are the ones that were having trouble.

    Unfortunately, we can't guarantee its stable work with each and every NAS device. Mostly they have very limited resources and often hang or unmount/remount.

    First of all, I recommend uploading 5-10 albums at a time. Or ideally, form a local drive.
    Dropping to upload the whole library from NAS is a bad idea. Make sure it's mounted during the whole uploading process.

    Are you uploading via drag-n-drop folders to LOOP tab in VOX?

    I added most by drag and drop- is that more stable via another route? I haven't had any problems with the drive unmounting or other connectivity problems. That being said I did not try to load the entire library at once. Maybe 10 or so albums at a time. I guess I can try copying some to computer and uploading from there.

    The most stable way is drag-n-drop from a local drive. Now you are doing everything right. Let me know when everything is uploaded well. I look forward to it.

    Thanks. It must have been an issue with the NAS. Didn't have any trouble
    copying from it to my computer, then uploading to VOX from there - got at
    least 100 albums to upload without a hitch over the past few days. Kind of
    clunky adding an extra step, but that got it to work. There were actually
    quite a few albums that hadn't uploaded (more than the message I was
    initially getting).
