Loop status "up to date" on monitored folder, less than half of files uploaded and discovered

I monitor my music folder and Loop is reporting "up to date" but it has not uploaded even half of my tracks.

First of all please specify your OS and VOX versions. Then how exactly are you uploading files to LOOP?
