Loop Library no longer updating despite files uploading all day

My track count and library size is no longer increasing in size, despite my Vox app uploading all day long. My Loop library on my iphone is also no longer updating, no new albums are appearing. Any help would be much appreciated. If this can't be fixed I'll sadly have to unsubscribe. I love the concept in theory but the product isn't functional for me at the moment.

Please specify how you determine that it's uploading? Can you see any progress? Could you take a screencast video for us?

Also pease specify are you uploading from a local drive, or some kind of external/network drive?

I am having a similar issue and have been uploading from my iTunes library (which in turn is pulling from an external hard drive)

Hi Chris

I fixed it by signing out of Loop in the app. Closing it and signing in again. Might be worth a shot?
