With my BT Headphones (Creative Jam & plantronics BackBeat Sense) it is not possible to control VOX although i habe installed VOX preferences. For example in Spotify App on Mac i can play/pause and skip next/previous track by pressing buttons on my headphone. When i try this in VOX iTunes is starting every time and nothing happens else. Is there no support for this?

Try to Quit the iTunes, Open VOX and play a song. Then use media
keys. Mac OS should allow VOX to capture them. It always gives more
priority to native system apps.

Hi,
i mean that i want to use the buttons of my headphones like in spotify app or iTunes. When i press them having VOX running always iTunes is starting. When spotify is running i can use them to control music playback also when spotify is ibackground or hidden and iTunes is not starting. Please try it on yourself. Btw when i try to record shortcut (preferences/control) and press those buttons they are not recognized.
