From macOS Sierra, caps lock key can be used to switch keyboard input sources. (at System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Source > Toggle with Caps Lock key)
Unfortunately, VoxPrefs extension seems to be interfering with this particular system setting.
Ever since I installed VoxPrefs, switching keyboard input sources with caps lock key stopped working, and after uninstallation, it started working again.
This must be a serious issue for many multi-language users.
