Music not playing from Apple Music

Hello,
I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I just downloaded VOX today to try it out and when I press on a song that’s in my Apple Music library, the app acts like it’s going to play it but it will skip it and go to the next song in the album or playlist. The histogram or audio thing to show playback shows no bars.

The app just says loading on the song then skips it.
