Why vox player will use too much cellular data, i just listen local tracks.
I never use any online or steaming services.
I need to turn on airplane mode to avoid vox player using my cellular data.

Austin, welcome on VOX support board.

VOX can still use some data even with offline music, to find artworks, send LastFM scrobble data (if logged in) and crash reports.

If You disallowed VOX use cellular data - then it will not use it. iOS is strict about this. We've been receiving feedback that usage is too high and are investigating this. Please wait till next update were we hopefully will address the issue, if any.

Please if it's possible for You - could You update the app to latest (2.1.8) and check for improvements in cellular data usage?

Thank You and sorry for this inconvenient moment. VOX was desperately continuing attempts to connect to SoundCloud...

Please notice however that VOX still may use small amount of data to send crash reports and to download missing artworks.
