I can't delete my music from Loop

I've tried on two different desktop clients, many times.

Each time, it looks like the tracks have gone, but when I click back to Loop, they appear again.

I want to delete everything and start over. Please help!

Hey jhuntweb,
stay logged only at one desktop client, sign out from any others.
Then:
1. Sign Out > Sign In into LOOP
2. cmd+A > delete All > (check Preferences from Menu Bar)
3. Sign Out > Sign In into LOOP again

Thanks, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work.

I signed out of both of my Macs (including all user accounts). I even
signed out of the iOS app and deleted it. Then followed the
instructions, being logged in on only one machine.

No matter what, when I sign in, the library always comes back.

Could you delete it from your end?
