Clear explanation how LOOP handles artwork

Hello

I'm a big fan of VOX and LOOP because it gives me the possibility to listen to high resolution audio on my phone.
But it is a major downside for me to not have my artwork stored in the cloud.
I listen mostly to classical music and artwork does only show on a very little percentage of albums and it seams there is no fix to this problem.

Unfortunately the information on your website and help-section is very confusing about that topic and I would appreciate to have a clear explanation about the handling of artwork in LOOP.

Hi Christian,

We download the missing artworks from external sources like Last.FM in case if the file itself does not contain artwork in metadata.

Hi and thanks for the clarification.
My tracks have artwork embedded and they still do not show.
I use the App Meta for this - is there a better way to embed the artwork?

Yeah, you could use another app kid3 for this purpose.
